Dewey’s Senior Session-Class of 2010

This session was so much fun! Dewey’s Mom and I really enjoyed watching him ham it up for the camera. I’m not used to having guys who cooperate with my photography request, but not Dewey he truly wanted to perserve his senion year at Mount Pleasant High. Good Luck Dewey and Congrats!

We’re Engaged!

FINALLY, it’s our turn. Barry proposed this past Monday night and of course I said yes. Who wouldn’t after 6 years! It was very sweet, my ring was put on a silver platter with red rose petals (above) and brought out to us at dinner. It was amazing…he didn’t even look nervous. I don’t know how he did it because I was in shock and barely said 5 words. I know, me at a loss for words? WOW! Anyway, it was perfect and I feel very blessed. More details to follow. This is just as much fun as it looks! We all had the best time….even Jay! He won’t admit it though! I was lucky enough to have a friend that lives near a working farm and they allowed us to shoot Ashley and Jay’s engagement pictures there. It was so beautiful with fields of wildflowers and gorgeous horses. I just enjoyed being outside and being reminded of how perfect God made the outdoors. Congrats you guys and I can’t wait for the wedding day! Jen

Sneak Peek-Jennifer Lance Bridal Shoot

How beautiful is she? WOW! I love how natural these settings are. We are at Lake Junaluska near Asheville N.C. for this shoot and it was breathtaking! However, it was almost the “bridal shoot that never was”, I was stuck in traffic for over an hour on interstate 40 trying to get to this session. So much for the Highway Patrol, thanks Barry. Haha. The bride Jennifer, her Mom, and her sister all came to help with the photo shoot day and we had a great time. We can’t wait for the big day, just two months away.

Merry Christmas! Wow! Yes, I got a car. Barry really shocked me with this gift. I could not believe it. It is so beautiful. He knows me so well, because this is exactly what I would have picked. A brand new 2009 Honda.
